Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh: Celebs who are back on the sets post unlock

The unlocking phase began in Maharashtra in June, after the state witnessed a steady fall in Covid cases in recent weeks. Like other businesses, films are getting back on track too and B-Town stars have been sharing pictures as they are return to the sets to resume work. While some actors are yet to step out, many others have already got their work mode on. Check out who they are:

Amitabh Bachchan is shooting for his next, 'Good Bye' in Mumbai. The film also stars Neena Gupta and South actress Rashmika Mandanna in pivotal roles. On the first day of shoot after the lockdown, he shared a selfie while he was heading to the sets, and wrote, ''7 am .. driving to work .. first day shooting after Lockdown 2.0 .. on with the PANGOLIN mask .. and the MANIFESTATION : “every day in every way things will get better and better and better''. Neena Gupta was also clicked on the sets of the film.

Ajay Devgn was recently clicked shooting for an ad in Mumbai. He was captured in a rugged look exclusively by our ETimes photographers. The actor has extended cameo roles in upcoming films--'Sooryavanshi', 'Gangubai Kathiawadi', and 'RRR'.

Bollywood's livewire Ranveer Singh recently resumed work after the second wave of Covid that hit the country hard. The star was clicked arriving on the sets in a funky OOTD of a yellow hoodie paired with red track pants. The actor had also donned a hat with a face mask. A source informed, “Ranveer was shooting for a huge project that has been kept under wraps and details of which will be made public soon".

'Mission Mangal' actress Kirti Kulhari has also resumed work. The actress shared a video from a vanity van as she was getting ready for a shot. She wrote, ''#onset #myfavoriteplace on most days. Earlier, she shared a boomerang video with a heartfelt note. ''As our #filmindustry resumes work, we look forward to doing what we love and doing it responsibly in these uncertain and difficult times … ️'', she wrote.

Bhumi Pednekar, who has been roped in for the Akshay Kumar-starrer 'Rakshabandhan', recently resumed work. In a recent interaction with a news portal, the actress talked about her excitement about returning to work. The actress revealed that she considers herself very fortunate to be starting work as soon as the unlocking began in Maharashtra.
