Amitabh and Rishi Kapoor to work together after two decades

Amitabh Bachchan and Rishi Kapoor will come together in Sudhir Mishra's Mehrunissa; the reunion long due since they were last seen 21 years ago in Coolie.
Rishi Kapoor, who is presently in Marrakech, to attend the festival said, "I will be working with Amitabh Bachchan after 21 years. It is always a pleasure working with him. I am looking forward to doing this film with him. And I consider it an honour to work with him again.'' Mishra waited till he got Bachchan's approval.
Mehrunissa is a story of two estranged friends, who have not spoken to each other for over 40 years, after they had a fallout over a woman. Rishi Kapoor and Bachchan worked together in Kabhi Kabhie, Naseeb, Amar Akbhar Anthony and Ajooba.
