shares, “Tara and Sakina, the iconic characters of Gadar are back. Its a take off from where we left the original story. If Gadar was the story till the proverbial interval then Gadar 2 is what happens post interval”.

She further added, “It’s a continuation of the story and it's got all the emotions, music, high drama and comedy, too. I just hope the audiences give us as much love and appreciation as they had with Gadar”.

Apart from Sunny and Ameesha, the Anil Sharma directorial will also star Utkarsh Sharma in a key role.
