Alia Bhatt’s production house has reportedly secured a premium apartment in Mumbai’s Bandra area for a monthly rent of Rs 9 lakh. According to recent reports, the apartment, located on the 6th floor of the Vastu Building on Nargis Dutt Road in Pali Hill, was leased after a security deposit of Rs 36 lakh was paid.

According to IndexTap.com, the lease is valid for four years, with a 5 per cent rent escalation each year. The transaction was registered on February 21, with stamp duty of Rs 1.25 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 1,000.

This isn’t the first major property acquisition by the production house, which previously made headlines in 2023 for buying an apartment in Bandra West worth Rs 37.80 crore.

Pali Hill remains a prime location for Bollywood stars, cricketers, and high-net-worth individuals, with property rates often starting at Rs 1 lakh per sq ft. In July 2024, cricketer KL Rahul and actress Athiya Shetty, daughter of actor Suniel Shetty, reportedly purchased an apartment in the same area for Rs 20 crore, according to registration records.

A sea-view triplex apartment in Pali Hill was purchased for Rs 155 crore in July 2024. The apartment is part of an upcoming luxury project named 'The Legend', developed on the site of legendary actor Dilip Kumar’s former bungalow. The project includes 4 and 5-BHK premium units, duplex apartments, and a 2,000 sq ft museum dedicated to Dilip Kumar.

On the work front, Alia was last seen in Vasan Bala’s 'Jigra' alongside Vedang Raina. She will soon collaborate with Sanjay Leela Bhansali for 'Love & War' alongside Vicky Kaushal and Ranbir Kapoor.
