To commemorate this anniversary, Dharma Productions shared a nostalgic video post on their official handle, expressing gratitude to the audience for embracing the film's journey. The caption reminisced about the film's impact, describing moments that turned viewers into "emotional fools" and believers in everlasting love. Shashank Khaitan, the director of Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, shared a nostalgic throwback photo with lead actors Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt, expressing gratitude for the film's 10-year milestone. The trio can be seen smiling brightly in the image, as Khaitan conveyed his appreciation for the "Universe" and tagged Varun, Alia, and producer Karan Johar.

Varun Dhawan joined in the celebration, sharing special moments and posters from the film on their Instagram stories, adorned with the iconic "10 Years Of Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania" inscription.

Alia Bhatt was also overjoyed and nostalgic, “Can’t believe it”, she wrote while reposting Shashank Khaitan's story and sharing glimpses from the movie in her next Instagram story.

Karan Johar, the producer of Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, also took part in celebration by reposting Shashank Khaitan's story, expressing disbelief at the film's 10-year milestone and conveying his emotions through multiple red-heart emojis.

Their posts echoed the sentiment of joy and gratitude towards the film's enduring legacy and the support received from fans.

Apart from Alia and Varun, the film featured an ensemble cast including Sidharth Shukla, Ashutosh Rana, and Gaurav Pandey in pivotal roles. The film's success led to the release of the quasi-sequel Badrinath Ki Dulhania in 2017, again starring Varun and Alia.
