Bollywood actresses have proven time and again that they can do anything the boys can, and do so in heels. Some divas proved they have what it takes to pull off those long hours on sets even while pregnant. As Alia Bhatt gets set for her Hollywood debut with a baby on board, we take a look at other actresses and supermoms who completed their filming commitments during their pregnancy.

Alia Bhatt who announced her pregnancy on Monday, is reportedly set to complete shooting for her Hollywood debut film 'Heart of Stone' before taking time off. The actress who is just a few months pregnant with her first child with husband Ranbir Kapoor will continue to shoot the film as scheduled as it will be a while before her bump begins to show. The actress is also expected to fly back home in time to kick off her 'Brahmastra' promotion schedule, in time for its September release.

Kareena Kapoor Khan made headlines last year when she continued to shoot for 'Laal Singh Chaddha' shoot with Aamir Khan in the middle of the pandemic, while pregnant with her second child. Thanks to some good old-fashioned camera tricks, the actress went about shooting her scenes for the film despite her growng baby bump. According to reports, the makers decided to alter the bump with the help of VFX in the post-production stages.

Did you know actress Juhi Chawla shot for ‘Jhankaar Beats’ when she was seven-months pregnant with her second child? That was not the only film the actress shot with a baby onboard. It was reported that Juhi was working on 'Ek Rishtaa' and 'Aamdani Atthani Kharchaa Rupaiyaa' when she received the news of her first pregnancy.

Back in the day, Jaya Bachchan didn't let her pregnancy stop her from filming the cult classic 'Sholay' with husband Amitabh Bachchan. The actress was expecting with her first child - daughter Shweta - at the time of the shoot. According to an interview, Amitabh revealed that his wife covered up her bump with drapes of her white saree. However, there were a few secenes where Jaya's baby bump was prominently visible.
