Sadhguru posted a video on his Instagram stories showing him praying with Alia before their session started. He also shared a clip where Alia asks, “Your one advice to a parent who's worried if they're being a good parent would be?” He laughs and responds, “A worried parent is not a good parent.” As the audience laughs, Alia tilts her head back and says, “I don't think you can take worry out of it. I think you'd admit.”

In yet another video, Sadhguru shared his view that he avoids 'winding' himself up just to 'unwind.' His Instagram stories suggest the session concluded warmly, with Alia holding the spiritual leader's hand while they chatted. Sadhguru also uploaded photos from their talk on Instagram, noting: “Alia Bhatt engages with Sadhguru for a delightful conversation hosted by JITO Chennai Plus (Jain International Trade Organization).”
