Alia Bhatt who had shared screen space with Sidharth in the 2014 Bollywood film 'Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania' took to her Instagram stories to share a throwback photo with him and penned an emotional note.
Paying condolences, Alia wrote, “Sid, one of the warmest, kindest and most genuine people I’ve worked with...always smiling and always positive! My heartfelt condolences to his family, loved ones and his fans who have loved him so deeply! Rest in peace!”

The actor who was just 40, died due to a cardiac arrest leaving a void in the hearts of his friends, well wishers and co-stars. Sidharth Shukla is survived by his mother and two sisters. “He was brought dead to the hospital some time ago," the senior hospital official told PTI.
