Akshay Kumar reveals what Twinkle Khanna does when she's angry on him: 'Mere side ka bistar geela hota hai, paani fer diya hota hai'

Akshay Kumar is gearing up for his return to television with the upcoming reality show 'The Wheel of Fortune', and the first promo itself is already winning over viewers with its easy humour and candid exchanges. The opening episode will feature Riteish Deshmukh, Genelia Deshmukh and Shreyas Talpade as special guests, setting the stage for a fun start.

The promo kicks off with Akshay steering the conversation towards marriage and asking Riteish, “Teri shaadi ko kitne saal hue hai?” Riteish responds by recalling that he and Genelia dated for a decade before getting married, adding that they have now completed 14 years as husband and wife. Akshay then joins in, revealing that he has been married for 25 years, before offering what he jokingly calls “free advice” to married men, learning when to apologise to their wives.

Explaining how he figures out when Twinkle is annoyed with him, Akshay says, “Meri biwi ka alag hai. Meri biwi jab merese gussa hoti hai mujhe pata hai kab pata chalta hai? Jab main sone jaata hoon.” He then delivers the punchline that has the guests laughing uncontrollably. “Kyunki jab main sone jaata hoon, meri side ka jo bistar hai voh geela hota hai. Uspe paane fer diya hota hai.” In simple terms, Akshay jokes that he knows Twinkle is upset when he goes to bed and finds his side of the mattress soaked because she has poured water on it.
