Akshay Kumar, Prakash Raj, Vivek Agnihotri: Celebs who reacted to Richa Chadha’s Galwan tweet

Richa Chadha has been under fire after she reacted to the statement of Northern Army Commander Lt General Upendra Dwivedi that the Indian Army is ready to take Pakistan-occupied Kashmir back by making a reference to Galwan. The tweet by Richa read, ‘Galwan Says Hi’

Following a backlash on social media, the actress immediately deleted the tweet and apologised. However, she is still getting slammed on Twitter. Many Bollywood celebrities, too, reacted to the whole controversy on social media. While some lashed out at her like others, others came out in support of the ‘Fukrey’ actress. Here are some of the celebrity tweets about the controversy:

Anupam Kher had also criticized the actress and posted, "Trying to become popular among some people by speaking poorly about your country is the work of cowards and small people. And putting the honor of the army at stake…. What can be more shameful than this."

Vivek Agnihotri

‘The Kashmir Files’ director Vivek Agnihotri also slammed Richa Chadha on her Galwan taunt. He wrote, "Bollywoodiyas are the first to stand up against establishment, oppression and authority. They are also the first to kneel down in front of Bollywood’s corrupt establishment. But they have cheeks to question our great Army. I am not surprised at all with this behaviour. They genuinely feel anti-India. Dil ki baat jubaan pe aa hi jaati hai. And then they ask why people want to #BoycottBollywood #Shame."

Let's condemn Richa Chadha. But there are some who support her. This is a sign oof live democracy. But who is Akshay Kumar, to talk on internal politics of India? Let him be where he is a Canadian, that too by choice
