Bollywood superstar,
Akshay Kumar, took to his Twitter handle to salute constable Pawan Tayde for saving a girl's life at the Lonavala railway station.
The Khiladi tweeted the video footage of the incident and wrote, "Had my heart in my mouth literally!Salute to constable Pawan Tayde of Lonavala police station for his presence of mind and swift action."
The video shows a girl falling out of a running train at the station.
She gets trapped between the platform and the running train and before something terrible could have transpired, constable Tayde runs up to her and pulls her away from the moving train.
On the professional front, Akshay will soon be seen in his Tamil debut, Shankar's '2.0' starring
Rajinikanth. He will also be seen in
Neeraj Pandey's 'Crack' which is slated to release on Independence Day next year.
He might be Khiladi for us but for Nitara, Akshay is a clown extraordinaire!
