Akshay hopes for divine intervention
At the Filmfare Award function Akshay performed on 'Khwaja Mere Khwaja' from 'Jodhaa Akbar'.
This came as quite a surprise, since most actors prefer to perform on their own numbers, moreso, when they have had several hits to their credit.
A source close to the superstar revealed the real reason why Akki chose this particular number. ���Akshay is very religious and makes it a point to visit Vaishno Devi every year.
But somehow, every time he plans to visit the Ajmer Sharif dargah, his plans get cancelled. By performing this number, he hopes that his dream of visiting the dargah will finally come true.��� Well, let���s hope that Akshay does get to visit the Ajmer Sharif, even if it���s with a little divine intervention.
