Akon to visit Crawford Market traders

If everything works out as per his travel plans, `Mr. Lonely’ singer Akon plans to walk down the crowded Crawford Market in Mumbai on the 15th and meet some cloth merchants for a possible tie-up to enhance his clothing business and other entrepreneurial ventures.
Apparently Akon loves the colour white and will be carrying only white custom made designer clothes for the tour.Traders from Mangaldas Market at Crawford Market, Mumbai have sent a letter to his manager requesting for a visit to the wholesale market to discuss possible business opportunities with him since they heard that Akon is quite an entrepreneur and will be launching a new clothing line and bottled water under his first name, Aliaune. “They are all eagerly waiting to meet him. Hope collaboration here works out. Our wholesale trade market will certainly get a boost”, says a source.
The singer will be accompanied by his wife. The couple also plans to travel some parts of India, including the Gateway of India and go on a Mumbai `darshan’ on the open-decker bus. “Akon and his wife has requested for all information regarding sightseeing, restaurants, health club facilities, museums, art galleries, shopping around the city since his wife is quite intrigued with the culture of India”, says a source.
Infact Akon and his family consider India their favorite vacation spot apart from Brazil.
