At another event, Akshay was spotted posing with his leading lady Parineeti Chopra, who is all set to get hitched in the coming months. Jackky Bhagnani, who shares the screen with Akshay Kumar in the film, was snapped in a white shirt and black pants.

'Mission Raniganj' features Akshay Kumar as the central character of Jaswant Singh Gill, a role that promises to showcase his versatile acting prowess. The film also stars Parineeti as Gill's wife, Nirdosh Kaur Gill. 'Mission Raniganj' is based on the true story of Jaswant Singh Gill's heroics in rescuing the surviving miners trapped inside a flooded coal mine in Raniganj in November 1989. The supporting cast includes accomplished actors such as Kumund Mishra, Rajesh Sharma, Pavan Malhotra, Ravi Kishan, Dibyendu Bhattacharya, and Varun Badola, ensuring a captivating cinematic experience.
