After Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli, Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal ask paps not to click pictures of baby Vihaan at airport
On Monday morning, Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif introduced their newborn baby boy, Vihaan Kaushal, to the media for the first time. The two were seen at Mumbai airport as they headed out of the city. While photographers captured Vicky on camera, Katrina politely requested them to refrain from clicking her, as she had the infant in her arms. Despite this, the duo warmly gave the paparazzi their first glimpse of little Vihaan.
One of the photographers stationed at the airport shared what unfolded, noting that "Katrina was with Vicky, but she asked not to be photographed with the baby and introduced the baby to the paparazzi." The short but sweet encounter turned out to be a rare and candid glimpse into the couple's life as new parents, making their Mumbai departure all the more special.
Katrina and Vicky's journey into parenthood began on November 7, 2025, with the arrival of their firstborn, Vihaan Kaushal. The two had tied the knot on December 9, 2021, in an intimate traditional Hindu wedding held at the picturesque Six Senses Fort Barwara in Rajasthan. As Vicky continues to stay busy with his film commitments, Katrina has chosen to take a break from the big screen.
On the professional front, Vicky's most recent appearance on the big screen was in the massive blockbuster ‘Chhaava’, where he brought to life the iconic role of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. The film featured an impressive ensemble cast including Akshaye Khanna, Rashmika Mandanna, and Viineet Kumar Siingh. Looking ahead, Vicky is all set to make his debut in a Sanjay Leela Bhansali directorial for the first time, with the highly anticipated ‘Love & War’, where he will be seen alongside two of Bollywood's biggest stars, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor.
On the other hand, Katrina was last seen in the mystery thriller ‘Merry Christmas’ (2024), directed by Sriram Raghavan. The film starred Vijay Sethupathi alongside her, with Ashwini Kalsekar, Luke Kenny, and Pari Maheshwari Sharma also appearing in supporting roles.
