In an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Adah shared her thoughts on the topic of face surgery and lip fillers. She mentioned that such procedures can transform a person's appearance entirely, offering the chance to start a new chapter in life. She added that it might even allow someone to reinvent themselves without being recognized by friends or family.

She also mentioned that changing one's appearance through surgery might increase the chances of being forgiven for past mistakes, as people may no longer associate the new look with the person who caused them pain.

The Selfiee actress also discussed the pressure of meeting the industry's unrealistic beauty standards. She shared that she hasn’t personally experienced such challenges and emphasized her belief in embracing natural beauty.

She explained that she hasn’t faced pressure from Bollywood’s beauty standards, as her most notable films—The Kerala Story, 1920, and Bastar—did not focus on her physical appearance. Instead, she prioritizes making her performances as authentic as possible, emphasizing the importance of realism in her roles.

Adah’s most recent project was Reeta Sanyal, an investigative mystery thriller where she impressively played 10 different characters. Directed by Abhirup Ghosh and written by Amit Khan, the series was produced by Rajeshwar Nair and Krishnan Iyer under the banner of Keylight Productions.
