Actresses don’t necessarily have to fight: Mansi

Whoever said two actresses can’t get along well? Should check with newcomer Mansi Dovhal who can’t stop gushing about her camaraderie with co-star of Shaabash You Can Do It — Vedita Pratap.
“It’s only a myth that two actresses can’t share good rapport. Vedita and I got along like a house on fire,” says Mansi, “Our characters in the film are poles apart. She plays the hot and sexy babe and I play the role of Mahi, a sweet and simple girl next door.So there was no question to fight about one hogging more limelight or getting more screen space than the other. Both the roles have equal importance in the film.” While Vedita marks her debut with Shaabash You Can Do It, not many know that for Mansi this is her second film. “Before Shaabash..., I also worked in an intense movie Aasma alongside Seema Biswas, Hrishitaa Bhatt and Nauheed Cyrusi. Being an arty kind of a film it didn’t really make much noise but I hope to gain recognition with this movie,” says the leggy lass who has also done more 40 ad films and has created a niche for herself in the ad world. “After Shaabash... I also have another film lined up for release but right now all my hopes are pinned on this film and I pray that it bails out my talent,” says Mansi.
