Actresses cannot be good friends: Anjana Sukhani

Anjana Sukhani has recently shot for an item number for the film Kamaal Dhamaal Malamaal. When we caught up with the actor to ask her about the whole experience she said, “It was fun.
The song is a total entertainer as it is based on situational comedy. It felt good to be a part of such an entertaining number.” So, now that she has joined the item girl brigade, does she believe anyone can do an item number today? She replies, “It is very easy to point a finger at someone when an item number does not do well, but people just ignore all the hard work behind it.” Does she believe actresses can be good friends? “They can probably hang out with each other, but actresses can never be the best of friends as at the end of the day, they are competitors,”smiles she.
The news of Anjana Sukhani being upset with Ramu was out lately, but the actress has denied the accusation and feels it’s the right of an actor to come forward and speak his/her mind. She says, “There is nothing like I am upset with Ramu. I just wanted to put my point across to people that if an item girl from a film can be promoted, then why not the actors who have put in their sweat and worked so hard be promoted.”
