Actor-producer Sohum Shah launches India’s biggest story search

Sohum Shah, who earned praise for his layered performance as investigating officer Vedant Mishra in the recently-released Talvar, is also the founder of Recyclewala Films, which produced the highly-acclaimed Ship Of Theseus. He’s excited about his company’s latest initiative, The Recyclewala Story Search 2015, which will travel to 110 towns across India. He enthuses, “What we’re looking for is the magic of a great story. Once we find that, we plan to work with the writer(s) to develop it into a script and then make it into a film. His knack for going against conventional wisdom paid off with Ship Of Theseus, which was declined by many producers but earned immense acclaim in the Indian and international circuit and even won the National Award.
