Aamir Khan praises Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra for 'Mirzya' title track

Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan showered praises on 'Mirzya', which has been directed by good friend Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra. 'Mirzya', which marks the debut of Harshvardhan Kapoor and Saiyami Kher, is Mehra's first ever love story as a film maker.
Aamir Khan took to Twitter to express his appreciation for Mirzya's title track and wrote: "Mehra always comes up with the best music! Great track."


The song has been shot at exotic virgin locations and features Harshvardhan and Saiyami.It has lyrics by Gulzar and has been sung by Daler Mehndi. Aamir Khan had worked in Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra's directorial venture 'Rang De Basanti'.

'Mirzya' is inspired by the folk tale of the legend of Mirza ' Sahiban. The film unfolds with heightened drama and action-packed sequences in the visually rich terrain of Rajasthan, contrasted with flashes of the fantastical universe of the folklore set in the awe-inspiring landscape of Ladakh. It is set to release on October 7, 2016.
