Aamir Khan has also decided to change the release date of his next film by a year. Aamir Khan and
Kareena Kapoor Khan starrer ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’, that was initially scheduled to hit the screens during Christmas 2020 has now been shifted to Christmas 2021.
‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ is the Hindi remake of Oscar winning Hollywood film 'Forrest Gump’, that featured
Tom Hanks in the lead. The film has already been shot in a few parts in Chandigarh and Kolkata, before the nationwide lockdown was announced. Aamir Khan is currently on a recce in Turkey, scouting for new locations for ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’.
Aamir Khan has turned a Sikh man for the film and his turban clad pictures were released previously. Shifting the release date of ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’, Mr Perfectionist of Bollywood has assured that the film gets a grand opening in theatres.
