Anurag Kashyap recently underwent
angioplasty
in a Mumbai hospital after he complained of mild chest pain. While he is recuperating at home, his daughter Aaliyah shared a video of the filmmaker.
Check out the video here: Taking to her Instagram handle, Aaliyah shared a video of her father where he is seen flaunting his bald look. Sporting a blue plain t-shirt and a black mast hanging around his neck, he is seen smiling for the video.
Anurag’s spokesperson had confirmed the news of him undergoing
surgery
. It read, “Yes, he underwent an angioplasty. He is now recuperating. Thank you for your concern.”
Aaliyah, who is away from the media glares but quite popular on social media, is currently studying in the US. She recently returned to Mumbai.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Anurag is all geared up for his film, ‘Dobaaraa’ where he will be seen reuniting with his ‘Manmarziyan’ star Taapsee Pannu. The movie will also star Pavail Gulati in a key role.
