A twitter user mistakes writer Kanika Dhillon for Kanika Kapoor, wants her jailed

Singer Kanika Kapoor has been all over the news yesterday after she tested positive for coronavirus. The singer has been facing backlash not putting herself in quarantine after she returned from London a few days ago. However, recently writer Kanika Dhillon was in for a shock when a twitter user tweeted at her saying she should be jailed.
He apparently mistook her to be Kanika Kapoor and lashed out at her.He wrote, ‘Faila diya na tumne sabko aur apne aap ko celebrity bolte hai aise irresponsible log lanat hai tumpe jail me dalo isko #kanikakapoorcriminal (So you did end up infecting people. And you call yourselves celebrities, so irresponsible. Shame on you. You should be jailed)’

Responding to the twitter user, Kanika wrote, ‘Sir virus apke dimaag mein chala gaya hai.. har Kanika ko utha ke jail mein daaloge? Naam suraj hai- dimaag andhkaar mein! Dimaag ki batti chalao!
