A troll calls Anurag Kashyap 'Dog of cinema' on a picture with Martin Scorsese, the director reacts

Legendary filmmaker Martin Scorsese recently celebrated his 79th birthday on November 17. On the occasion, a picture of him with Bollywood director Anurag Kashyap was shared on social media.
In the monochrome picture, the Bollywood filmmaker is seen bending down to touch the Hollywood director’s feet and seek his blessings.

As soon as the picture was shared, comments poured in from all sides.While some showered love on the photo, one user commented, ‘Damn, what is God of cinema doing with dog of cinema’. Wittily reacting to the same, Kashyap replied, ‘Bhow-wow’

His fans were bowled over by his response. While some called it, ‘smooth’ and ‘savage’, one called Anurag ‘lord’ and added a bowing down emoji.
In 2012, Martin wrote a letter to Anurag and praised his films. “Thank you so much for your very kind note and especially for sending your films. I have been shooting my film for the past three months but found the time to watch the pictures over the weekend. I thoroughly enjoyed Dev D and Gangs Of Wasseypur and found them exciting and inspiring,” the letter read.

“Maybe one day we’ll be able to meet. Certainly, if you come to New York, I should be here. All the best to you in the future,” Martin signed off. Anurag had shared a picture of the note on Twitter and written, “My biggest award yet!”
On the work front, Anurag is coming up with his next titled, ‘Dobaaraa’ that brings together the ‘Thappad’ duo Taapsee Pannu and Pavail Gulati.
