Ranveer Singh and Kriti Sanon who were recently in Varanasi for a private event, took some time off for a spiritual sojourn from their brief visit. After arriving in the city they went for darshan at Kashi Vishwanath Temple, taking the river route. Ranveer opted for a white chikan kurta while Kriti was dressed in yellow ethnic wear with a Banarasi duppatta. They performed puja at the temple and made offerings amidst chanting of mantras. Ranveer was seen sporting a rudraksha mala. The devotees in the temple were delighted to find the actors amidst them. Ranveer also shared on his social media account his interaction with fans who greeted the actor with the chant of Har Har Mahadev. Both the actors responded to the fans by waving at them and warmly shaking hands with them. A lot of people gathered at the Ganga dwar of the Kashi Vishwanath Temple to have a glimpse of the actors.

Later, both of them enjoyed a ride on the cruise across the vast expanse of river Ganga which is a must-do activity for any travellers coming to the city. They soaked in the beauty of the ghats and made the moments memorable by clicking pictures of the picturesque settings. Kriti also dropped a few pictures of the ghat on her social media handle with the caption, “The stunningly peaceful Ganga Ghats of the Holy City of Kashi and Happy faces after the darshan.”
