A journo accused Salman Khan of snatching phone, files a criminal complaint against the actor

According to a report, a complaint has been filed against Salman Khan by a senior journalist. As per the journo, the actor had snatched his phone on April 19 during an event.
Now, a criminal case has been filed against the 'Bharat' actor on June 25th before the Metropolitan Magistrate Court in Andheri and the complaint was filed for robbery, assault, criminal mischief and criminal intimidation under sections 323, 392, 426, 506, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Report suggests that the journalist had accused Salman Khan of snatching his phone while the actor was cycling on the streets of Mumbai. Moreover, the journo also claimed that Salman's bodyguard also misbehaved with him and his fellow cameraman.
Reportedly, the journo's advocate claimed that the actor went on to delete all of the journalist's data and that police has not taken proper cognizance of the initial complaint and that's the reason why they have went to the court.
