Amitabh Bachchan recently took to his Instagram handle to share a special post as his film '
Kaala Patthar
' completed 42 years. The megastar posted stills from the film and penned a heartfelt note. He revealed his first job before joining the industry.
The post was captioned as, ''42 years of KALA PATTHAR .. !!! phew !!! Been a while .. and so many incidents in the film from my personal experiences when I worked in the
Coal Dept
of
my Calcutta Company
, my first job before joining the movies .. actually working in the Coal mines in Dhanbad and Asansol ..'' As soon as he shared the post, fans were all praise the star.

Speaking about the film, it was based on the Chasnala mining disaster. It marked the fourth collaboration between Amitabh Bachchan,
Shashi Kapoor and director
Yash Chopra. Big B was much appreciated for his portrayal of an ex-Navy Captain now working in mines, in order to forget his past.
On the work front, Amitabh Bachchan is gearing up for the release of '
Chehre
'. The film also stars Emraan Hashmi, Raghubir Yadav and
Rhea Chakraborty. The film will hit the theatres on 27th August.
