25 IPS officers visit Aamir Khan’s house in Bandra and this raises concern among fans, his team says, ‘Still figuring it out’
Aamir Khan was recently seen in ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’ and the film won a lot of love from the audience. Not to mention, it also did very well at the box office. The net collection of the film in India is Rs 167 crore. Now just after the success of this film, one saw about 25 IPS officers going to Aamir Khan’s house and that has raised eyebrows. This video has gone viral on the internet as fans also wonder the reason for this visit and why 25 officers would go to his house. This has raised a concern among them.
According to a report by News18, when the portal tried to reach the actor’s team, they said, “We are still figuring out with Aamir.” While his own team is still figuring this out, they further added, “Aamir will soon be attending the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne (IFFM) 2025, scheduled from August 14-24, as a Chief Guest. His attendance at the 16th edition of the Festival will include a unique retrospective honouring his exceptional achievements in Indian cinema, culminating in a spotlight presentation on his most recent film, Sitaare Zameen Par.”
Aamir opened up about being a chief guest at the IIFM and said, “I’m humbled and excited to be a part of the Melbourne Indian Film Festival. It’s a festival that truly honours the spirit of Indian cinema in all of its diversity and riches. I’m excited to interact with audiences, share some of my most valued work, and participate in discussions that honour the power of film. With Sitaare Zameen Par, we attempted to tell a story that embraces inclusivity and neurodivergence with sensitivity and heart, and I’m grateful that the film has touched so many people. I am eager to share my journey with Melbourne and shed light on the stories that matter."
Aamir will be seen next in Dadasaheb Phalke’s biopic, to be directed by Rajkumar Hirani. Aamir has also confirmed that he’s set to begin work on his dream project, ‘Mahabharat’ this year.
