Shah Rukh was always a fan of Hindi movies but the language, however, was a roadblock for the superstar as far as his studies were concerned.

Not many are aware of the fact that SRK despised the language Hindi during his school days. Hindi happened to be his least favourite subject. His mother apparently tried her best to encourage him to learn more of the language and do well in the subject. So much so that, his mother had apparently struck a deal with the actor that if he scored the highest in Hindi, she would take him to watch a Hindi movie.
