Unni Mukundan-led Marco has had a remarkable journey at the box office, especially in its Hindi version. This Malayalam film opened with a ₹4.3 crore collection on its first day, of which only ₹1 lakh came from the Hindi version. However, over the next 19 days, the Hindi version added ₹10.17 crore to its collection, taking its total Hindi box office earnings to ₹10.18 crore.

The film, known for pushing the boundaries of action and gore in the industry, earned just ₹28 lakh in its first week in Hindi. It was during the second week that the Hindi audience truly embraced the film, leading to a significant second-week collection of ₹4.6 crore. In the first five days of its third week, the film added another ₹5.3 crore to its earnings.

Marco crossed the ₹1 crore mark in its Hindi version for the first time on New Year's Day, during its second week. The film repeated this feat twice during its third-week run, achieving ₹1 crore-plus collections on the third Saturday and third Sunday.

The film's journey from earning just ₹1 lakh on Day 1 in Hindi to surpassing ₹10 crore on Day 20 is nothing short of a fairy tale. Marco has managed to hold its ground despite stiff competition from Pushpa 2 and Mufasa. However, upcoming releases like Ram Charan’s Game Changer and Sonu Sood’s Fateh might impact its future run.

Directed by Haneef Adeni and made on a budget of ₹30 crore, Marco recently faced a major hurdle when it was leaked online. Unni Mukundan took to social media to address this issue, pleading with fans not to watch pirated copies. He wrote, "Please don't watch pirated movies. We are helpless. I'm feeling helpless. Only YOU can stop this by not watching/downloading the films online. It's a request."
