‘Sui Dhaaga: Made In India’ box-office collection Week 1: Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma starrer earns Rs 62 crore

Filmmaker Sharat Katariya's ‘Sui Dhaaga: Made In India’ which stars Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma in pivotal roles, has done a decent collection at the box-office after receiving a mixed review from the critics as well as the audience.


According to a recent report on Boxofficeindia.com, the film which opened at Rs 8.25 crore on its first day has gone on to collect Rs 62 crore at the box-office in its first week.


The plot of the film revolves around a couple who decide to make it big by starting their own company in order to earn a better livelihood.


Now, with a good collection in the first week, the film's future collections depends upon how the film fares against the likes of 'LoveYatri', 'AndhaDhun' and Hollywood biggies like 'Venom' and 'Crazy Rich Asians' on its second Saturday.
