Singham Again Movie Review

'Singham Again' made Rs 42.5 crore on Saturday and that was expected as on Friday and Saturday, the Diwali, festive feel was still on. Also, the Saturday night numbers due to holiday on Sunday are good. On the other hand, the Sunday numbers were low as the Diwali feel existed on Friday-Saturday. People also usually not prefer late night shows on Sunday due to getting back to work the the very next day. Hence it saw a significant drop in the business on Day 3 and made Rs 35 crore which was a good amount still. According to Sacnilk, the 3-day collection of the movie, now stands at Rs 121 crore.

Meanwhile, even 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3' has crossed Rs 100 crore over the weekend and made Rs 106 crore net in India. While both these movies have done well, the real test will begin from Monday onwards and if they both can survive over the coming week days and which one gets more audience.
This perhaps just proves that it's possible to have a clash between two big movies and both of them can do well if there's good content and people want to see the films. In this case, both the movies were franchise movies which had a strong recall value and hence, there was a loyal audience for both that was waiting to witness these movies!
