According to the latest Box Office India report, Ayushmann's family drama 'Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan' seems to have a pretty good opening of around 20-25% which is due to the Mahashivratri holiday without which it would a very average start. Not only that but the report also suggests that it could even surpass the collections of Ayushmann's 'Dream Girl' opening day collection of Rs 9.43 crore which is his best.


The box office report also suggests that 'Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan' is the second in the Shubh Mangal series but the first film was hardly liked by the audience though it was successful due to a low budget. The last two Ayushmann films have opened to around the Rs 9 crore mark and this should go above that and become his first double-digit opener due to Mahashivratri.

On the other hand, Vicky Kaushal's 'Bhoot Part One: The Haunted Ship' seems to open around 15-20% but again this has come on a holiday and take that out then the opening is below the mark. The only problem this film will face is that the genre has to open as such films don't sustain for long. This film has a chance of that evening push as the horror is more the metro audience rather than the mass audience.
