As per industry tracker Sacnilk, the film is expected to earn about Rs 5.5 crore as per early estimates with night shows showing a tremendous improvement occupancy wise. While morning shows showed about 15% occupancy by night the number reached nearly 50%. As far as advance booking goes Sam Bahadur has sold about 1 lakh tickets and clocked in about Rs 3 crore before the first shows of the film began across the country. In terms of stat wise distribution, Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Chennai and Hyderabad showed highest occupancy.
