The first Monday, Day 4 saw the film collecting Rs. 5.60 crore, nearly doubling the previous Monday record held by 'Ved' with its Rs. 3.02 crore. Unlike many big-budget spectacles that crash after the weekend, 'Raja Shivaji' maintained a rock-solid grip, dropping less than 6% on its seventh day. Week 1 closed in at Rs. 52.65 crore.
