Katrina Kaif, Ishaan Khattar, and Siddhant Chaturvedi starrer ‘Phone Bhoot’ has performed average at the box office. After an opening of Rs 1.85 crore nett, the horror comedy fetched a flat score over the weekend.
On Saturday the film earned Rs 2.50 crore nett and on Sunday it fetched Rs 2.75 crore nett. With these numbers, ‘Phone Bhoot’ stands at a total of Rs 7.10 crore nett, reports boxofficeindia. The film has scored low in mass pockets and has done 50 per cent business of what ‘Ram Setu’ earned in its second weekend in Gujarat / Saurashtra circuits. On Novemebr 4, 'Phone Bhoot' clashed with Janhvi Kapoor starrer 'Mili' and 'Double XL' starring Sonakshi Sinha and Huma Qureshi. Out of the three films, ‘Phone Bhoot’ has been scoring the most. At the end of its first weekend, ‘Mili’ earned Rs 1.50 crore nett and ‘Double XL’ scored just RS 47.50 lakhs nett.
Post ‘Phone Bhoot’, Katrina Kaif will be seen in ‘Tiger 3’, alongside Salman Khan. This action entertainer is slated to hit the screens during Diwali 2023. Apart from this, she also has Sriram Raghavan’s ‘Merry Christmas’ in the pipeline. Katrina Kaif has also signed up to play the lead in Farhan Akhtar’s upcoming road trip drama ‘Jee Le Zaraa’, wherein she will share the frame with Priyanka Chopra and Alia Bhatt.
