Munjya box office collection day 3: Sharvari Wagh, Mona Singh's film registers 95 per cent jump despite India vs Pakistan T20 World Cup 2024 match

Munjya is on track for a huge box office success, collecting an impressive Rs 7.25 crore net on Saturday. The film showed extraordinary growth on day two with a 70 per cent increase, especially given the discounted rates on day one.

Despite the T20 World Cup 2024 match between India and Pakistan, Munjya saw nearly 95 per cent jump in collections on Sunday. According to Sacnilk, Munjya is expected to earn Rs 7.75 crore on day 3, bringing its opening weekend total to Rs 19 crore.

The film is set for a huge run in the Mumbai circuit, which will significantly boost its collections. Despite the upcoming releases of big films like Chandu Champion and Kalki, Munjya's acceptance and appreciation among audiences could make it a tough competitor.




Meanwhile, Sharvari Wagh, who is currently basking in the success of her recent film Munjya, took a moment to thank her fans for their praise of her performance. She portrays the character of Bella/Munni in the film.



Starring Sharvari alongside Mona Singh, Abhay Verma, and Sathyaraj, Munjya is directed by Aditya Sarpotdar and revolves around the rooted myth of Munjya from the world of Indian belief and cultural systems. Yogesh Chandekar and Niren Bhatt developed the screenplay for Munjya, with Sachin Sanghvi and Jigar Saraiya composing the music.
