'Mukkabaaz' box-office collection Day 4: Anurag Kashyap's film earns Rs 4.75 crore total

Anurag Kashyap's film 'Mukkabaaz' which received good responses and positive reviews from stars like Shah Rukh Khan and Riteish Deshmukh, however, failed to impress the audience. According to a report on Boxofficeindia.com, 'Mukkabaaz' collected Rs 75 lacs on Day 4 of release, thus taking its total to Rs 4.75 crore.

The film once marks Kashyap’s unconventional style of storytelling which revolves around a hard-hitting and riveting tale of a pugilist who fights casteism, corruption and callousness to make it big in his profession.The film stars Vineet Kumar Singh, Zoya Hussain, Ravi Kishan and Jimmy Shergill in pivotal roles.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui's special guest appearance in the song 'Mushkil Hai Apna Mel' in his Elvis Presley avatar, a rehash of his brief cameo in Kashyap's 2009 film 'Dev D' is one of the highlights of the film.
