'Mission Mangal' box office collection Day 12: The Akshay Kumar starrer holds well on Monday

Jagan Shakti directorial 'Mission Mangal' starring Akshay Kumar in the lead role has held well on Monday as the film enters its second week at the box office. The film which features an ensemble star cast of Vidya Balan, Taapsee Pannu, Sonakshi Sinha, Kriti Kulhari, Nitya Menen, Sharman Joshi among others has crossed Rs 150 crore mark at the box office.

According to the latest report on the Boxofficeindia.com, on Monday, the film has raked in a total of Rs 3.75 crore on its eleventh day at the box office. The film has managed to collect a total of Rs 163.75 crore in twelve days at the box office.

There seems a big drop on Monday however the collection on weekend was boosted by the holiday of Janmashtami. The drop on Monday is around 55% which shows a strong trend. The film release on August 15 clashing with John Abraham starrer 'Batla House'.

' delves into the insides of Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) and brings in front the contribution of female scientists and the efforts they put into making India the first country to reach the Mars in its maiden attempt. Helmed by Jagan Shakti, the film hit the screens on August 15.
