Nikhil Nagesh Bhatt holds on strongly over the second weekend, as it survives competition from films like
Kalki 2898 AD, Indian 2 and Sarfira. The film in the first week, had earned Rs 11.1 crore, despite getting an A certificate for its action and gore.

The film began its second weekend on a slow note, where it earned just Rs 80 lakh, but on Saturday, the film saw a massive jump of over 60 % to collect Rs 1.3 crore, and on Sunday, it saw an even higher jump to collect Rs 1.60 crore, as per early estimates by Sacnilk, thus taking the weekend collection to Rs 3.75 crore, and total collection to Rs 14.85 crore.
The film has full potential to earn Rs 20 crore at the box office by the time it ends its theatrical run.
The film is a story of one night’s train journey about a NSG Captain Amrit Rathod, who takes on a group of goons headed by Raghav Juyal trying to loot passengers. One of the passengers is Amrit’s love interest Tullika played by Taniya Maniktala.
John Wick’s director Chad Stahelski’s company has picked up the Hollywood rights for the film. The film has been released in the United States of America on 1000 screens, and as per Box Office Mojo, the film has now crossed the US $ 1 million mark.
Now, talks are on for the second installment of the film.
