'Ikkis' box office collection Day 8: Agastya Nanda and Dharmendra starrer dips under Rs 1 crore on second Friday

'Ikkis', the war drama starring Agastya Nanda and Dharmendra in lead roles, has witnessed its first significant slowdown at the box office, with collections dipping below the Rs 1 crore mark.

As per early estimates on Sacnilk, 'Ikkis' earned around Rs 85 lakh net in India on its second Friday. This marks the first time that the film has fallen under the Rs 1 crore mark since its release.




The film that released on New Year’s Day, enjoyed a good start at the ticket windows and continued a strong run at the box office, wrapping up its first week with an estimated Rs 25.5 crore net collection. As per the trade reports, the film maintained a daily collection above Rs 1 crore, throughout its opening week, making this dip a notable shift in its box office momentum.

'Ikkis' gross collections

With its earnings, the film’s total India net collection now stands at approximately Rs 26.35 crore, while the India gross collections have reached an estimated Rs 31.65 crore. With an added estimate of Rs 2 crore from overseas markets, 'Ikkis' has so far amassed a worldwide total of roughly Rs 33.65 crore.

'Ikkis' vs 'The Raja Saab'

The film's latest box office performance coincides with the theatrical release of Prabhas’ 'The Raja Saab', which hit cinemas this weekend and made a splash at the box office. The film reportedly collected around Rs 45 crore on Friday, dominating the Telugu market while also earning an estimated Rs 5.5–6 crore net from Hindi circuits.

It remains to be seen how well 'Ikkis' holds up over the weekend and its upcoming second week at the box office.
