'Hindi Medium' minted as much as Rs 11.75 crore in its third week which is also recorded as the second best week-three collection of 2017 after 'Baahubali 2: The Conclusion'.

The total collection of the film now stands at Rs 53.37 crore, according to a report on BoxofficeIndia.com.
The film that sheds light on the disparity between English medium and Hindi Medium schools, has an important social message that seems to have struck a chord with the masses. It revolves around the story of thousands of Indian parents, who aspire to enrol their children in English medium schools.In doing so, 'Hindi Medium' not only explores the Hindi versus English divide but also conveys the message to eradicate the tendency to pit one against the other.
