'Firangi', starring comedian-turned-actor
Kapil Sharma, saw some growth at the domestic box-office on Saturday. The film collected an estimated Rs 2 crore on day two at the ticket window, stated a report on BoxofficeIndia.com.
The film set in 1921 pre-independent India, is a languid love story served with a pinch of patriotism. It opened at the box office with a collection of Rs 1.80 crore approx.
Thus its two-day total collection now stands at an estimated Rs 3.80 crore.

Rajiv Dhingra, this limited budget film is sharing the weekend business with the Sunny Leone-Arbaaz Khan starrer ‘Tera Intezaar’. Recently, Kapil was asked if his controversy with fellow comedian Sunil Grover would affect the collections of the film, to which he dismissed it and asked what crime he had committed.
'Firangi' also stars Ishita Dutta, Monica Gill, Kumud Mishra and Inaamulhaq.
