'Daddy' box-office collection Day 4: Arjun Rampal film rakes in Rs 0.7 crore on Monday

Arjun Rampal starrer much-awaited flick based on the life of Arun Gawli hit the theatres last Friday. According to a latest report on BoxofficeIndia.com, the film has raked in Rs 0.7 crore on its first Monday. With a decent start on Friday, 'Daddy' headed for a sound weekend that collected Rs 4.5 crore over the weekend. Post Monday's collection, the film now stands at Rs.5.2 crore.

The film aims to provide an intimate peep into the numerous chapters in the gangster-turned-politician's life. Arjun Rampal's biopic on Arun Gawli, titled 'Daddy', is touted to be among the most authentic gangster films to be made in Bollywood. 'Daddy' is an unforgettable excursion into the Mumbai underworld.
The Ashim Ahluwalia directorial also stars debutante Aishwarya Rajesh, Nishikant Kamat, Anand Ingle, Rajesh Shringarpure and Farhan Akhtar in pivotal roles.
