'Chand Mera Dil', starring

Ananya Panday, opened to mixed reactions on its theatrical release over the weekend. While the audience praised the realistic love story, a section didn't enjoy the performances. The film that is nearing the week 1 mark, has managed to earn decent numbers at the box office.
'Chand Mera Dil' box office collection Day 4
The Vivek Soni directorial raked in Rs 11 crore in its first weekend at theatres. Now, according to the Sanilk report, 'Chand Mera Dil' saw a drop of 47.1% in collection on Monday, Day 4, as compared to its earnings on the weekend. On its first Monday, the film collected a net of Rs 2.25 Cr across 4,031 shows. With that, the total India gross collection stands at Rs 15.76 crore, while the total India net collections are now estimated at Rs 13.25 crore.
Overseas, the Lakshya and Ananya Panday starrer collected Rs 0.25 crore on Day 4, taking its total overseas gross to Rs 2.25 crore. This pushed the total worldwide gross collection to Rs 18.02 crore.

Box office competition
'Chand Mera Dil' locked horns at the box office with the Hollywood film 'Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu'. Apart from this, the KJo-backed project is also facing competition from 'Pati Patni Aur Woh Do', which was released in the last week. It features Ayushmann Khurrana, Wamiqa Gabbi, Rakul Preet Singh, and Sara Ali Khan in the lead roles.
