‘Baadshaho’, starring
Ajay Devgn, Emraan Hashmi,
Esha Gupta, Ileana D’Cruz, Vidyut Jammwal, Sanjay Mishra, Sharad Kelkar and
Priyanshu Chatterjee is ending its run at the domestic box-office on a high.
After collecting Rs 54.34 crore in its first week, the film went on to earn Rs 10.18 crore in its second week, followed by Rs 1.38 crore in its third week and Rs 15 lakh in its fourth weekend, as reported by Boxofficeindia.com.
The film has thus amassed an estimated total of Rs 65.94 crore.

Milan Luthria of ‘The Dirty Picture’ fame, ‘Baadshaho’ is set in the Emergency of the 1975-77 revolving around Maharani Gitanjali Devi (Ileana D'Cruz) of Rajasthan who loses her gold in the troubled period and approaches a group of thugs (badasses) headed by Ajay Devgn, to go on a mission and loot the gold from the armoured truck within 96 hours while it is being transported across 600 kilometres.

The song ‘Mere Rashke Qamar’ which was originally sung by Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan has been recreated by Rahat Fateh Ali Khan and has been ruling the chartbusters since its release. Similarly, ‘Socha Hai’ which was originally composed by RD Burman as ‘Kehdoon Tumhe’ in the 1975 film ‘Deewaar’, has also been recreated by lyricist
Manoj Muntashir and composer Tanishk Bagchi for the film.
Sunny Leone has a special dancer number ‘Piya More’ with a rustic but peppy feel and has been appreciated for her gipsy look and sultry moves.
