Band, bajaa, baarat and a fairytale Jaisalmer wedding for Sid and Kiara

Finally, Bollywood couple Siddharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani got married in a traditional ceremony on Tuesday afternoon. Held at Jaisalmer’sSuryagarh Palace hotel, the wedding was attended by the couple's close friends and family, including Karan Johar, Shahid Kapoor- Mira Rajput, Juhi Chawla and Jay Mehta, Isha Ambani and Anand Piramail, Manish Malhotra, among others.

A small baraat procession was taken inside the hotel premises. Before this, the haldi ceremony took place in the morning. Monday evening witnessed some musical moments as Kiara and Siddharth danced on Bollywood numbers. Sid and Kiara's families were seen having a great time at the sangeet and mehandi night till the wee hours. A source who attended the parties, told us, “Kiara was dressed in an off-white lehanga choli and Siddharth wore a yellow kurta-pyjama. The two of them danced together for almost an hour and looked very much in love and happy." The musical night witnessed guests dancing on Rajasthani folk as well as Bollywood hit numbers. Guests were served Rajasthani and Punjabi delicacies.
