Peswani who has been part of the entertainment industry acting in films, television and theatre, is currently busy with the play '

Jeno Udhaare Vehvar Ene Roj Tehvar

'. An out and out comedy with Imtiaz Patel as the producer, director and writer, Sanchi has been part of the play since March. "It’s a family story on the current day scenario of buying stuff on EMI and online just to show off and as a status symbol. Ravi Jani is a middle class man with a regular job. His wife Vina is a spendthrift and teaches her children to be the same. This creates havoc in their family life. How they come to understand the value of money forms the crux of the play,” says Sanchi.

She says she somewhat relates to the character, "The role of the wife is similar to me in the sense that I like the good things in life. And the humour of this character is akin to my own, though as a woman I personally believe that one should live within their means."
