She has acted in films like Tuu to gayo and Tari maate once more. “I was always interested in music and I have taken formal training too,” Jolly confirms. After completing her MBBS she became a model and later acted in films. “Now I want to concentrate on a career in music.”

2019 mashup is a cover of various well known garba songs. Songs like amthu amthu gamut, tari vaanki re paghaldi, charar charar maru chakdol fare are some of the songs that are a part of the mashup. On why she chose the songs that she did, Jolly says, “I wanted to make a cover of the songs that people can sing along. Only then they would want to listen to it more.”
The mashup is peppy and picks up the right beats to make you want to dance to its tunes with the right musical arrangements by Ronak Pandit. Interestingly, this melodious rendition is Jolly’s first attempt at music.
While the current song is just a cover, the doctor turned singer has already penned a few songs that she plans to release later. “I currently only want to concentrate on covers and increase traffic to my channel. Later I will release originals. I have penned few and will write more in future.” The singer also wants to give music to her songs.
