International Yoga day today, Dimple talks about why she has always enjoyed her calming yoga sessions over gymming.
"I’ve never been a gym person but have been doing yoga and cycling for years now. In fact, before the lockdown my workout schedule was simple. I would cycle for over an hour every morning for three days in a week, and the remaining days was all about yoga and stretching exercises. Doing yoga works like a stress buster for me. Not only is yoga great for your over all body, it also helps your mental and emotional health."
